Our company considers The Ultimate Question and the Net Promoter Score® to be the best method of receiving realtime and granular (location/staff member specific) feedback.
The system we have developed offers a variety of data collection methods alongside a most useful reporting system. The system can operate on its own or alongside an existing feedback system.
The NHS in the UK has recently adopted the Friends and Family Test. The test is seemingly based on The Ultimate Question and the Net Promoter Score® system.
It is envisaged that every inpatient unit and A&E will adopt the test.
The Nursing Quality Care Forum has yet to provide exact details of how the Friends and Family Test will operate. Further details will be published in the Autumn of 2012.
